Here you can find information about the what’s app network I (Lee) have been introduced to since Reuben’s passing. The group consists of other Dads and relatives that have gone through similar circumstances and although nobody would ever wish to have to be in a group of this nature, Ross Coniam #nine4norah has created a safe place for us to talk and not feel awkward at all where in the real world this would be the case.

DadsandLadsNetwork is a men’s support network set up in 2020 by bereaved father Ross Coniam from Watford. Ross’ daughter Norah sadly died in May 2018 just 9 hours after birth.

Since 2019 Ross has been raising money and awareness for baby loss & mental health charities through his #Nine4Norah campaign. After losing Norah, Ross soon noticed that there was a lack of support specifically for men who had lost a child. He struggled with his own mental health and knew there would be others in a similar situation without others to talk to.

Ross set up #DadsandLadsNetwork as a non-professional group to offer bereaved Dads and men suffering from mental health issues a safe space to talk.

The private WhatsApp groups are open to all men that would like a safe and supportive environment to chat, as little or as much as they need. No judgement. No pressure.

There are also regular meet ups in the Hertfordshire area. We hope to extend these meetups to other counties over time.
